Lifting & Positioning Device manufactured by Italco Pharma are custom designed for lifting the units and position the container of any type. Lifting & Positioning Device units are manufactured using different regular components which provides individual solution to each application of Tablets and also for functioning of liquid compounding. This system is developed to accomplish an enhancing dustless transfer of in-process materials.
Structure of Lifting & Positioning Device :
The Lifting & Positioning Unit is used to move and release the material free of dust in pharmaceutical industries for depositing powder into the hopper of Tablet Compression Machine and also without human touch. Lifting & Positioning Device consists of a mainframe, Hydraulic lifting device, Bin fixing arm and pivot base. The mainframe moves 3600 on the axis, and the hydraulic cylinder and power pack system helps the Bin fixing arm to move upward and downward in the frame.
